After your appointment please don’t forget to:

• Avoid touching or playing with crystal(with finger or tongue)

• Do not eat 1 hour after crystal is placed. (water is okay)

• Eat only soft foods for first 12 hours

• For best results do not brush teeth with electric tooth brush 48 hours after installed

• Avoid smoking 12 hours after instillation

• Perform necessary dental hygiene, like brushing your teeth, flossing, and mouthwash to keep black from building up around gem

Before your appointment pretty please:

• Avoid having oily/greasy food 30min prior to your appointment for best durable results

• Brush teeth or Rinse mouth for 30 seconds with water

• Feel free to have an example photo of a design you have in mind or we can design the perfect one for your smile

• Don’t be shy to ask questions!!
